The purchase and/or presentation of a ticket in order to gain access to Kingspan Stadium (the “Stadium”) shall constitute unqualified acceptance of Ulster Rugby’s ticket terms & conditions which incorporate the following terms (the “Terms”).
A breach of the Terms shall render the ticket void and all rights conferred or evidenced by it shall be nullified. In the event of such a breach, Ulster Rugby and their agents and servants (the “Management”), may refuse to admit such a ticket holder to the Stadium and may eject such a ticket holder from the Stadium even after admission or may direct a ticket holder to another part of the Stadium. A ticket holder who is refused admission, evicted or directed to another part of the Stadium in accordance with the Terms shall not be entitled to a refund.
Entry into the Stadium will be authorised on match day only upon the presentation of a valid ticket either printed or on a mobile device. Everyone entering must be in possession of a valid ticket regardless of age, except for babes in arms under two years of age who do not need a ticket. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any under 18 unaccompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be requested on entry to the stadium for age related discounted tickets.
You are fully responsible for the printing / downloading of your ticket, managing your Ulster Rugby Account Manager online and keeping your personal details up to date. Each time a ticket is printed or downloaded a new barcode will be created. The last barcode generated is your active ticket and all previous downloads become invalid. Invalid barcodes will be denied entry.
Tickets are non-transferable. Refunds/exchanges are not permitted.
Tickets are valid only for the section of the stadium stated and no exchange/upgrade to another area will be available.
Ulster Rugby cannot accept liability for unused tickets in the event of circumstances beyond its control. E.g. extreme weather or political or civil unrest.
Should the match be postponed or abandoned, no entitlement to refund shall arise. If the match is subsequently played or re-played, tickets shall remain valid for the later date unless otherwise advised by Ulster Rugby.
Ticket Holders are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium except in the case of an emergency.
Individuals who have been banned from attending matches by authorities or sport governing bodies in any jurisdiction, or who are considered a security risk, are prohibited from attending. Where a spectator is in breach of any of the Terms, or where Management believes that they constitute a source of danger to others or the stadium, such spectator may be refused entry or ejected and reasonable force may be used for that purpose.
Tickets may only be purchased via Ulster Rugby or authorised agents such as Ticketmaster. Any ticket obtained from any other source (e.g. unauthorised ticket brokers, internet auctions or agents) will be rendered void and all rights of entry to the stadium nullified. Entry to the stadium will be denied or person using unauthorised ticket ejected.
It is not permitted to sell, advertise or offer to sell a ticket to any person in excess of its face value. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ticket holder accepts all risks and dangers they may face or endure while attending any match and waives any claims against the Management relating to such risks and dangers.
At all times, whilst present in the stadium and surrounding areas, ticket holders must comply with government regulations and protocols and with the Stadium Regulations & Respect Policy and all instructions or directions from Management or PA announcements. Failure to comply could result in immediate ejection from the stadium without refund or reimbursement.
Backpacks, suitcases, hand luggage, large items (including long lens cameras) are not permitted into the stadium. Small bags or handbags (no larger than 35 x 40 x 19cm) are allowed but will be subject the search.
A CCTV system is in operation throughout the stadium. Images are monitored and recorded to prevent, detect or investigate crime and for public safety. By entering the stadium, all persons acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings may be taken of them and may be used by Ulster Rugby and its partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Entry to the stadium is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image.
Ticket holders are required to comply with the sports provisions within Part 4 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, specifically the offences relating to the throwing of missiles, chanting, going onto the field of play, being in possession of a firework or flare, or contravening the conditions of a banning order.
All spectators must adhere to Covid-19 related restrictions and current local public health advice when deciding to attend and while attending an event at Kingspan Stadium. Ulster Rugby has adopted new and enhanced safety measures to help keep spectators safe. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the stadium without refund or reimbursement.
While safety measures are in place to protect spectators, players, staff and officials, the risk cannot by completely eliminated. By attending an event, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Ulster Rugby and any affiliated companies relating to such risks.
