Ulster Rugby star Chris Cochrane returned to Coleraine Academical Institution to wish the 1st XV squad luck ahead of their Danske Bank Schools' Cup semi final against Sullivan Upper on Thursday.

The flying winger attended a training session at his old school this week to speak about his experiences of the Danske Bank Schools' Cup and how his career has progressed since he left school in 2007. Cochrane made his Ulster debut versus Bath in a 2008 pre-season friendly and signed his first senior professional contract last year.

Coleraine AI will play Sullivan Upper in the Danske Bank Schools' Cup semi finals on Thursday 6th March at Queen's University RFC, Belfast (kick off 2.30pm). The winners of the tie will play Methodist College Belfast who came from behind to beat Wallace High School 17-12 at the same venue on Tuesday.
