The match is a repeat of last year's final, in which Grosvenor GS ended the Collegiate's run of three consecutive cup wins.
The Co Fermangh side will be contesting their fifth final in as many years after edging out Sacred Heart College, Omagh, in the final of the Western Regional Qualifiers. Grosvenor came through the Eastern Regional qualifiers and defeated Aquinas GS in a tough final to seal their place in Tuesday's showpiece event.
Both squads still have the majority of their squad from last year's final within their ranks. The Collegiate will look to key players Faith Viney and Alice Hurst to inspire them to winning the competition for a fourth time.
Much of Grosvenor's hopes on retaining their title will rest on Claire Caruth, Nicole Muirhead and Erin Caughey, sister of Ulster and Ireland squad member Nikki. Erin will be aiming to follow in the footsteps of her sibling, who progressed through the schools system before gaining international honours.
38 teams from 30 schools participated in this season's competition, with many schools getting involved for the first time.
Women's Development Officer Joy Sparkes has been very impressed with the standard of players from the schools and has been pleased by the number of girls who have progressed through the schools pathway into clubs system.
The IRFU Ulster Branch would like to thank all the development officers who have worked extremely hard in facilitating the competition over the past few months, and also the clubs who hosted qualifiers.
Pricing: £8 for adults and £4 for children.
