Ulster will aim to bounce back, after suffering a setback in the 24-48 defeat to Toulouse in Round 3 of the pool stages. Ulster showed glimpses of their threats during the game, but were punished at crucial stages by a ruthless Toulouse performance, led by player of the match, Antoine Dupont.
The defeat leaves Ulster in fourth place after two defeats and a win, with their Round of 16 fate in their hands against the Gallagher Premiership high-flyers, Harlequins.
The Quins come into the match in fine form, having won their past three fixtures in all competitions. Harlequins began their Champions Cup campaign with a brilliant away performance in Paris against Racing 92, putting 31 points past the Top 14 side.
Their next fixture ended in defeat against the impressive Toulouse side, who won 19-47 at Twickenham Stoop.
Quins' bonus point win against Cardiff saw them qualify for the last 16 stage, after an eight try thrashing at Cardiff Arms Park.
Already qualified, the motivation for Harlequins will be to win with a bonus point, and try secure a home tie in the Round of 16.
How it stands
Round of 16 - what do we need to qualify?
A win of any kind against Harlequins would see Ulster qualify for the Round of 16.
Fifth-placed Racing 92 are two points behind Ulster and face Cardiff Rugby, in Paris, on Saturday evening.
If Ulster were to lose, with Racing 92 winning, it would leave Ulster in fifth position and the province would enter into the Challenge Cup Round of 16.
If Cardiff Rugby win against Racing 92 with a bonus point, they could potentially qualify if Ulster fail to win or get two losing bonus points.
If teams are equal on points, pool position will be decided by points difference.
