Ulster aim to bounce back from a narrow 22-20 defeat against Connacht at the Sportsground Stadium.
Ulster sit 7th in the URC table, with 10 points from the opening three matches, that has saw two bonus-point wins against Zebre Parma and Vodacom Bulls, before the side's first defeat against Connacht.
Munster sit in 2nd place, on 12 points, after two bonus- point wins against the Sharks and Dragons, as well as an away 13-13 draw against Benetton Rugby.
As with every interprovincial derby, there is a lot of history to add to the build-up around the fixture. Ulster fans need no reminder about what happened last time in the same fixture, as Munster won in Belfast after a last minute converted try to seal a famous away win.

Last Time Out
After a Merry Christmas, Munster's last gasp win at Kingspan Stadium threw a glum note into the New Year's Day festivities.
The first half was an eventful first 40, with John Cooney kicking home three pens to send Ulster into a half-time lead of 9-0. Supporters may remember the blow of tighthead prop Marty Moore, suffering a knee injury that would end his season prematurely. Hooker Tom Stewart was also shown a yellow card that made matters more difficult.
Munster came out strong after the break, and made their man advantage count, with Paddy Patterson dotting down for the first try of the match. Jack Crowley couldn't add the extras and the match was four point game.
Ulster responded well to the set-back, with 15 back on the field, they got their attacking play up and running. With just over ten minutes left, Stuart McCloskey zipped out a pass to the right wing, where Rob Baloucoune had the pace to sprint clear for the home side's first try. Replacement Nathan Doak was unable to add the extra two from the tee.
Munster were able to punish Ulster giving away a penalty to narrow the margin, with Ben Healy trimming the deficit to 14-8.
An inspired line break from the impressive Jack Crowley, gained Munster good field position and Ulster gave away a penalty, allowing the away side top kick to the corner for the lineout maul.
From the maul, despite Ulster's best efforts, Healy found a gap and brought Munster within a kick of the win. The same man converted his own try to send the away crowd into rapture and mark a famous win for the red army.
Players to watch
For the away side's player news, returning Ireland internationals Craig Casey and Jack Crowley featured for Munster for the first time this season on Saturday night.
Tadhg Beirne, Dave Kilcoyne, Jeremy Loughman, Conor Murray and Peter O’Mahony have also rejoined their Munster team-mates at the HPC following their World Cup involvement with Ireland.
Munster's exciting winger, Calvin Nash, had a fantastic campaign last season, and his two tries against Dragons at the weekend showed the end product the winger is producing. Nash was pushing for a place in the Ireland World Cup squad as part of the training camp in the summer.
Back-Rower, Gavin Coombes, is another Munster man who puts in consistent performances for his province. The powerful forward was named in the URC's Elite XV last season and has a knack of scoring important tries.
