The match kicks off at 3pm and Ulster supporters can watch the clash via connachtrugby.ie for €7.
The two sides met last year in the Championship opener, with Connacht Eagles winning at Kingspan Stadium by 14-40.
The starting XV contains a mixture of Academy, Development and Senior talent, with six Academy players in the starting XV as they look to impress.
The fixture also provides senior players to build up vital game time ahead of a busy end to the season coming up.
Last season’s Young Player of the season, Harry Sheridan, captains the ‘A’ side in the second row, alongside Academy lock, Charlie Irvine.
Academy player Jack Boal starts at loosehead prop, joining hooker James McCormick and tighthead prop Bryan O’Connor in the front row.
Academy forward, Tom Brigg, starts at blindside flanker, with Reuben Crothers at openside. Development forward, Lorcan McLoughlin, starts at number eight and completes the forward pack.
The half back partnership sees David Shanahan start in the nine jersey at scrum-half and he joins Kiwi ten, Aidan Morgan, who starts at fly-half.
Ben Carson starts at inside centre, with Academy back, Wilhelm De Klerk, partnering him at outside centre.
Zac Ward takes up the left-wing position, with Academy back, Lukas Kenny, looking to threaten from the right flank. Academy back, Rory Telfer, completes the back three at full-back.
With ten replacements to call from the bench, Hogg opts for a 5:5 split on the bench.
19 year-old National Talent squad prop, Tyrese Abolarin, is named on the replacements bench that features seven Academy talents.
Zac Solomon, Abolarin, Cameron Doak, Josh Stevens and Joe Hopes are the forward replacement options, with Conor McKee, James Humphreys, Jonny Scott, Ethan Graham and Ben McFarlane the backline replacements.
