On Wednesday evening, St. Mary's University College Belfast played the first rugby match in their 117 year history, when they took on near neighbours Queen's University at the Dub playing fields.
The game was a typically bruising encounter, played with a lot of passion and flair by both teams.
The end result, though not as important as the game itself, was a hard fought 25-7 victory in favour of Queen's.
Pictured are both teams following the game.
Thanks must be extended to everyone who contributed in making the event a resounding success, not least St. Mary's, Queens RFC and the Ulster Branch referee on the night, Billy Allen.
