Ulster Rugby has confirmed details of a 2021 Summer Camps programme, with eight camps due to be held across the province.
A modified format has been implemented to ensure optimum health, safety and enjoyment for all involved. Places will also be strictly limited.
This year there will be two different types of camps: regional Schools of Excellence Camps for boys going into school Year 8 to Year 11, and Girls Camps for those in the U12 to U18 age groups. The School of Excellence Camps will be four sessions across four consecutive weeks, while the Girls Camps will be single full-day sessions.
The first camp will kick off on Tuesday 6 July and the activity will run through until mid-August.
Due to increasing demand, this year, Junior Summer Camps will be run by clubs, with the support of Ulster Rugby. Keep an eye on your local clubs’ social media channels for more information.

Commenting on the announcement of the camps, Ulster Rugby’s Head of Rugby Development, Chris Webster, said: “We’re absolutely delighted that the Ulster Rugby Summer Camps will soon be back up-and-running again after a difficult year for our young people. It’s crucial that they have the opportunity to develop their game while making new friends in a fun environment, and we hope to welcome them along at all of our venues across the Province.”
Ulster Rugby asks that all participants adhere to current government guidelines at all times.
