Emma Smyth, Sports Development Intern at Stranmillis University College commented: "The 24 students are all studying different courses at the college: BEd Primary, BEd Post Primary, Health and Leisure Studies, Early Childhood Studies and PGCE Primary, all in different years, some graduating soon, others in their first year. It was great to see such an interest from a different range of backgrounds. We hope to see some of these students complete further coaching courses in rugby. Both the theoretical and practical elements were delivered in such a clear and fun manner so many thanks to Brian and Chris for such a great day." Brian O'Shaughnessy, Coach Development Officer for Ulster Rugby commented: "We have a long standing relationship with Stranmillis University College that allows us to deliver the Leprechaun Rugby course each year. I'd like to thank Emma for all her hard work in organising the course and we look forward to working with the College again in the future."
