Fitness Development Coach, Paul Heasley and Female Development Officer, Zoe Templeton spoke to pupils about the benefits of playing rugby in order to be physically active and the importance of a balanced diet as part of a healthy lifestyle.
This was the first time the College had held such an event, which was attended by over 600 pupils in Year 8 to 12. The Fair was attended by a range of other organisations including New Life Counselling, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), NI Regional Young Carers Service (NIRYCS), Breakthru Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Cruce Bereavement Care and St Vincent de Paul Society.
Ulster Rugby's attendance was made possible due to the generous support of the NI Executive and the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure through the 'Promoting Equality, Tackling Poverty and Social Exclusion through Sport' programme.
