Daley starts at number eight, and is joined in the back row by debutant Ruby Starrett at blindside flanker, and Katie Hetherington at openside.
Vice-captain Brenda Barr and newcomer Lauren Darley join the forward pack in the second row.
Queen's Sarah Roberts starts at loosehead prop, with Maebh Clenaghan starting at hooker, after returning from the Irish U20s duty at the Six Nations Summer Series along with Sophie Barrett, who completes the front row line-up at tighthead prop.
Georgia Boyce makes her Ulster debut at scrum-half, with Lauren Farrell-McCabe completing the partnership at fly-half.
Paige Smyth and Lucy Thompson start on the wing, with Tara O'Neill and newcomer Siobhán Sheerin joining up in midfield.
Niamh Marley makes her return to the Ulster squad after recovering from injury at full-back, completing the starting XV.
Head coach, Murray Houston opts for a 6:2 split on the bench, with Megan Simpson, Cara McLean, Ava Fannin, Rebecca Beacom, Moya Hill and Stacey Sloan providing the forward cover. Rachael McIlroy and Kelly McCormill form the backs replacements.
