There have been 3 changes made to the pack, with an entirely new back row to start the second game of the Interprovincial Championship.
Captain Beth Cregan moves from hooker and will start at openside flanker, with Megan Simpson drafted in to start in the middle of the front row.
She'll be joined by last week's prop pairing of Sadhbh McGrath at loosehead, and Ulster's most experienced player, Ilse van Staden, at tighthead.
Keelin Brady is retained in the second row, where she's partnered with Brenda Barr, who started last week's game at Munster in the back row.
India Daley returns to the squad having missed the opening fixture and will start at blindside, with Sophie Barrett starting at number 8.
There are no changes made to the backline, where scrum-half Rachael McIlroy will again pair up with out-half Ella Durkan.
Mya Alcorn starts at inside centre alongside Kelly McCormill at 13, with wingers Niamh Marley and Fern Wilson forming the back 3 with Maeve Liston.
The replacements are Gemma McCamley, Ava Fannin, Fiona Tuite, Helen McGhee, Stacey Sloan, Amber Redmond, Amanda Morton, and Emma Jordan.
Captain Beth Cregan:
"We've reflected on the Munster game and the areas in which we need to improve. We showed a considerable improvement in the 2nd half, and it showed us where we can be and a number of players really stepped up. We can't wait to kick on from there.
"Connacht are a very physical team, and we saw in the Leinster game how they target the breakdown, and they have several international players. In the friendlies we played, we put them under real pressure and have really shown our attacking flair when we get the details right. We're really looking forward to it, really excited about the game, and hopefully show the type of performance we know we have within us.
"Being back at Kingspan Stadium in front of the Ulster fans means a lot to everyone in the squad. It's always special to have that opportunity to play on that stage and great to see it hosting the TikTok 6 Nations last year, and the Celtic Challenge next month.
"To lead this squad out as captain is something I've never taken for granted. I remember when I was struggling to make the Ulster squad, so it's good to reflect on the journey I've been on with Ulster. Leading this squad is a privilege for both me and my family, but there are so many senior players in this team who lead with their words and their actions, and it's spread across the entire team."
Head Coach Neill Alcorn
"Last week was a slow start, but we had a much better second half performance. Our set piece had issued we've identified, and this week we need to be stronger and more efficient. We showed we're capable of multi-phase attack, but we need to be more clinical and finish off our chances.
"The squad was frustrated because we can see the areas we did well, but there are the areas where we failed and a coach has to take responsibility on that. This week we've done a review and trained well. Connacht are a good team and we've run close with them the last couple of years, but it's going to be a real fight and we've got to stay in the match. The momentum will shift in the game, but the players know we need an 80-minute performance."
