Richie Murphy's team will then make the trip to Scotland, to take on Glasgow Warriors at Scotstoun in Round 2 for the province's first away game of 2026-27.
Munster are the new season's first interprovincial opponent, with a home derby on Saturday 10th October in Round 3.
The province then travel to South Africa for a double-header, taking on the Bulls in Pretoria and the DHL Stormers in Cape Town in late October.
In a packed Christmas schedule, Ulster will welcome Connacht to Affidea Stadium on Sunday 27th December, before a New Year away derby against Leinster in Dublin on Saturday 2nd January.
In the business end of the season, Ulster have three of the last four regular season fixtures at home, with Scarlets and Leinster to visit in Rounds 15 and 16 in April, before an away trip to Munster.
The regular season will end with a home fixture against South African side, Lions, at Affidea Stadium on Friday 14th May.
