In the front row, Argentine prop Eduardo Bello comes in to start at tighthead prop alongside hooker James McCormick and loosehead prop Eric O'Sullivan.
Both McCormick and O'Sullivan dotted down last weekend against Edinburgh in the province's opening pre-season match.
In the second row, there is a new-look lock pairing of Ben Donnell and Eli Snyman.
James McNabney is back in the starting XV at number eight, with David McCann at blindside flanker and Martin Moloney at openside flanker.
The half-back partnership sees scrum-half Matthew Devine, start alongside Jack Murphy at fly-half.
In the midfield, Jamie Benson starts at inside centre, alongside James Hume at outside centre.
In the back three positions, Aitzol Arenzana-King starts on the left wing, with Chay Mullins starting on the right channel.
Captain, Michael Lowry, patrols the backfield at full-back.
Murphy can call on 11 players for the replacements, with a 7:4 split.
Henry Walker, Tom McAllister, Flynn Longstaff, Harry Sheridan, Joe Hopes, James McKillop, Tom Brigg are the forward reinforcements.
Conor McKee, Jake Flannery, Daniel Hawkshaw and Ben Carson are the backline replacement options.
