The Annual General Meeting of Ulster Schools is scheduled to take place at Ravenhill on Tuesday 14th May at 3.00pm.
The Ulster Schools’ Committee request that all affiliated post-Primary schools are represented at the AGM for the election of eleven members of committee and the presentation of Ulster Branch plaques to winners of the schools’ competitions.

NOMINATION TO SERVE ON ULSTER SCHOOLS’ COMMITTEE
The Ulster Schools’ Committee oversees the running of rugby in post-Primary schools in Ulster. The Committee meets in Ravenhill generally on the second Tuesday of each month at 3.30pm.
The Committee consists of a Chairman (appointed by the Ulster Branch), Secretary, and 10 members elected at the Annual General Meeting. In certain circumstances co-options may be made to the Committee.
Each school can nominate one person to serve on the Committee. Please ensure that the person is willing to serve on the Committee before forwarding the nomination.
Nominations should be returned to the Secretary at the address below or by fax to the number listed by 12 noon on Friday 10th May 2013.
