Ulster Rugby Family Open Day
When: Friday 29th July, 3-6pm
Where: Kingspan Stadium
Why: To raise funds for the IRFU Charitable Trust
1. Tickets: Tickets are priced at £5 for Adults, and £3 for Juniors. Children under the age of 5 can collect a complimentary ticket from the Onslow Parade Ticket Booth or IRFU Charitable Trust volunteers at the gates from 3pm onwards.
Tickets will be available for purchase from the Onlsow Parade Ticket Booth from 3pm. If you have already purchased a ticket, you can scan in at both the Mount Merrion Avenue and Onslow Parade turnstiles.
Match-by-match and season tickets will also be available to purchase throughout the event from the Ulster Rugby Ticket Office located beside reception at Kingspan Stadium.
2. Dress code: Please note that a large number of activities are located outdoors and participants are asked to dress accordingly. It is advised that anyone wishing to partake in physical or pitch activities wear tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
3. Parking: Please consider local residents when parking. The match night Park & Ride service will not be in operation. The most suitable public transport routes from the city centre are the Translink 7C and 7D buses.
4. Food: The Vanilla Black coffee and confectionary unit will be located in the stadium forecourt and a Yellow Door BBQ will be available at the rear of the Grandstand as shown on the accompanying map.
5. Activities: On-pitch activities including tag rugby sessions and rugby skills with Ulster Rugby players will commence at 3.15pm at the Aquinas 3G pitch. Please note registration is required for tag rugby at the registration point located behind the big-screen between the Grandstand and Family Stand. Spaces will fill up quickly so to avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you get down and register early.
Other activities include inflatables, climbing wall, go-karts, jumping clay, face painting, archery, teddy hospital, photobooth, IRFU Charitable Trust Info point, petting zoo, short tours of the Nevin Spence Centre and much more!
Please note some outdoor activities are weather dependent.
