Augustus and Crean to make first starts as the Bulls visit Belfast

Ulster Rugby Head Coach, Richie Murphy, has named his Ulster side to take on South African side, Vodacom Bulls, this Saturday at Affidea Stadium in Round 3 of the BKT United Rugby Championship. (KO: 7.45pm)

There are first Ulster starts for summer signings, Juarno Augustus and Sam Crean, while there is also a return to action for Robert Baloucoune, who makes his first appearance of the new campaign.

Ireland internationals,Lock, Iain Henderson, captains the side, joined by Cormac Izuchukwu in the second row.

Hooker Rob Herring and tighthead prop Tom O’Toole start in the front row alongside former Saracens forward, Crean, at loosehead.

David McCann gets the nod at blindside flanker, with Nick Timoney at openside flanker.

Juarno Augustus starts at number eight, completing the back row.

Nathan Doak and Jack Murphy resume their half-back partnership at scrum-half and fly-half.

After producing a Player of the Match performance against Dragons in Round 1, Zac Ward, starts on the left wing.

Baloucoune makes his first start of the season on the right wing.

Stuart McCloskey and James Hume start in the midfield partnership at inside and outside centre.

Jacob Stockdale starts at full-back after recovering from a foot injury against Dragons.

Prop, Eric O’Sullivan, is named among the replacements after returning from injury.

Tom Stewart, Scott Wilson, Harry Sheridan and Sean Reffell are the forwards cover, with Conor McKee, Jake Flannery and Jude Postlethwaite the backline replacements.
