Sunday 22nd September saw 11 coaches from Ballymena Bears, Rascals and P3 group attend an Ulster Branch Leprechaun Rugby Course, hosted at Ballymena RFC.

Ulster Branch's Coach Development Officer, Chris Galway, led the session with the aim of introducing the coaches to modified contact games and their associated skills, with the emphasis on fun and participation. The coaches can now share their knowledge with their own group of players and other coaches.

This course has been made possible due to the generous support of the NI Executive and the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure through the 'Promoting Equality, Tackling Poverty and Social Exclusion through Sport' Programme.
