Banbridge RFC to hold open evening for Mixed Ability ‘Rugby For All’

Following on from the successful visit by the Malone Tornadoes Mixed Ability Rugby team earlier this month, Banbridge RFC would like to invite potential players to an open evening where they can find out more. At this stage they are looking for adult males who have a disability to come and hear all about Mixed Ability Rugby. They would be particularly keen to involve players with a learning disability. All new players will be supported by experienced players so even if they have never touched a rugby ball before, this really is a game for everyone. Banbridge RFC President, Maynard Sinton says, ‘We look forward to a good turn out on the evening and are very excited with our new sporting opportunity.’ The evening will take place on Wednesday 27 November at 7.30pm in the Clubhouse on Ardery’s Lane, Banbridge and everyone is welcome.
