### Notes from the coaches
DJ Creighton, QUB
“We’re delighted to be in it again for a third year in a row, it is always something we look at at the start of the year and want to go out and win, so we are really pleased from that point of view that we are in the final on Saturday and we’re really looking forward to it,” said Crieghton.
“Definitely one of the first things we target is the senior cup, it has got so much history to it.”
“We are just not going here on Saturday to finish our season off, we win to win this, and we want to put in a performance that the club and the rest of the university can be really proud of and hopefully come half 5 on Saturday we can be celebrating with the Senior Cup.”
Paul Pritchard, Instonians
“Everyone knows about Instonians story over the last few years, and it is one that we are very proud of and I think it shows how far we have came from three years ago being in that junior playoff to now being in the Senior Cup final is a huge achievement,” stated Pritchard.
“It is one that we are very proud off, we are extremely excited for Saturday and there is a real good buzz around the group.”
“There is a lot of experience among the guys at the club with the Senior Cup, it has been a while since Inst have been in it themselves.”
“In terms of experience you have Ritchie McMaster and Dave Whitten won it a couple of years ago, Rob Whitten has won it four times so there is a lot of experience there, were looking forward to it and we’re excited.”
