Become a Women & Girls Team Manager Volunteer

We are currently looking for Team Managers to support our Women & Girls training squads throughout the Easter & Summer programmes.

This is an incredible opportunity to give back to the sport you love and directly contribute to the success of Ulster's female rugby players. As a Team Manager, you'll provide vital off-field support, ensuring the smooth running of training sessions, matches, and player development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising training sessions and matches, including scheduling, venues, and equipment.
  • Maintaining player records and communicating effectively with players, coaches, and IRFU staff.
  • Overseeing player welfare and ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Promoting the profile of women's rugby in Ulster.

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to teamwork and player development.
  • Enthusiasm for the sport and the ability to motivate others.

Roles are available for Girls' 7s (April-May) and Girls' 15s (July-September), with training sessions typically 2-3 times per week.

Locations:

  • Girls' 7s: Mid Ulster Sports Arena, Cookstown.
  • Girls' 15s: Portadown (alternative locations for matches).
