This is an incredible opportunity to give back to the sport you love and directly contribute to the success of Ulster's female rugby players. As a Team Manager, you'll provide vital off-field support, ensuring the smooth running of training sessions, matches, and player development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Organising training sessions and matches, including scheduling, venues, and equipment.
- Maintaining player records and communicating effectively with players, coaches, and IRFU staff.
- Overseeing player welfare and ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Promoting the profile of women's rugby in Ulster.
We're looking for individuals with:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to teamwork and player development.
- Enthusiasm for the sport and the ability to motivate others.
Roles are available for Girls' 7s (April-May) and Girls' 15s (July-September), with training sessions typically 2-3 times per week.
Locations:
- Girls' 7s: Mid Ulster Sports Arena, Cookstown.
- Girls' 15s: Portadown (alternative locations for matches).
