Belfast High School has enlisted the help of Ulster Rugby's Fitness Development Coach, Robbie Bremner, to help training their Medallion, U14 and U13 squads.
Bremner has delivered pitch conditioning sessions to the groups over the past six weeks and will continue to monitor their progress over the season.
The extra training has proved particularly useful to the Medallion squad who are currently ramping up their preparations for the Danske Bank Schools' Cup.
