Over the Christmas period the Belfast Royal Academy 1st XV rugby squad continued their preparations in advance of the Danske Bank Schools’ Cup campaign.
The BRA squad recently attended Hench gym in Belfast city centre to participate in a strength and conditioning session under the watchful eye of owner Rory Girvan and Ulster Rugby’s Fitness Development Officer, Robbie Bremner.
The coaching provision from Ulster Rugby has been made possible due to the generous support of the NI Executive and the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure through the ‘Promoting Equality, Tackling Poverty and Social Exclusion through Sport’ programme.
BRA will enter the Schools’ Cup competition in round 2 of the competition on 24th January.
