Ulster Rugby is currently seeking four rugby clubs within Ulster to take part in a bursary programme. Each club will be allocated four matches this season at which they can take over the sales of the official match programme for a bursary of £250.00, extended to £350.00 per game if your programme allocation sells out. A minimum of 10 members will be required for each game.
It is our aim to give rugby clubs within Ulster the opportunity to fundraise, whilst also raising awareness for your club at Kingspan Stadium on busy match nights.
Please express your interest before Monday 3rd July at 5pm by emailing sara-louise.bowman@ulsterrugby.com. You should include your club details, the details of the main contact or future programme team manager, along with 200 words describing how you would utilise the potential £1400.00 bursary on offer.

- Each club must provide a minimum of ten sellers per match (over 16s only)
- The club's elected programme team manager will be in charge of recruiting club members and providing Ulster Rugby with a list of names at least two days before each match, so that access passes can be arranged
- The programme team manager will liaise directly with Ulster Rugby's programme editor Sara-Louise Bowman
- The programme team must arrive at least two hours before kick off
- Each programme team manager will receive basic training and a tour of the stadium (this info is then to be passed on to your members)
- Club members will be provided with programme seller vests
- Club members will be asked to promote the programme and its contents to the best of their ability
- Club members will be given complimentary access to the game to watch the second half, should they wish to do so
- Ulster Rugby reserves the right to withdraw the offer if the behaviour of club members is not in keeping with our match night values
- Applications will be judged by an internal panel based on interest and the quality of the response
