Carnbrooke Meats visit!

Members of the Abbey Insurance Ulster Rugby Academy recently paid a visit to Carnbrooke Meats, Ulster Rugby’s Official Red Meat Partner for an educational tour of their facilities to learn a bit more about Nutrition and farm to fork as part of their food first policy. The players took part in a butchers block discussion and demonstration where they learnt about the different cuts of meat that they can add into their diet to provide some variety and were then treated to a tasting session! Carnbrooke Meats (based in Dromara) are passionate about Quality Local Products, sourcing traditional breeds directly from small farmers here in Northern Ireland.
