Ulster Rugby coaching staff have just completed a ten week rugby programme with a group of men in the Belfast School of Hard Knocks.
Ulster star Chris Henry was a welcome guest at the last session on Wednesday and he gave some tips to the players ahead of their game with a Malone RFC Select team on Friady night.
The sessions were run by Ulster Rugby Community Rugby Coach Neill Alcorn and Active Communities Coach David Chambers and the project is aimed at people in interface areas of Belfast that are looking for work and study. The purpose of the programme is to use sport to help them feel important and part of a team and is taken from the School of Hard Knocks project in England.
The men will play their first ever game on Friday night at Malone RFC and all support is welcome (kick off 6.30pm).
