Planning & Periodisation of Pre-Season
Thursday 23rd July, 2pm This webinar will be delivered by Matt Godfrey (Academy Head of Athletic Performance) to outline how clubs and schools can best plan their pre-season training programme as part of the Return to Rugby guidelines. Matt will discuss key themes to ensure coaches better understand how to safely progress training with appropriate intensity, load and activity as players return from a period of limited access to physical activity.
