Club volunteers across Ulster are invited to the second Annual IRFU Ulster Branch Club Development Roadshow.
This year, there will be one roadshow in Belfast, with the opportunity to deliver one additional roadshow in Coleraine depending on demand.
Each roadshow will look into the same four topics of club development:
1. Grant Funding
2. Club Development Plans
3. Attracting and retaining volunteers
4. Player recruitment and retention
The workshops run concurrently so if your club would like to attend all four workshops in one location, you should identify four club representatives and agree which is the most appropriate workshop for each person to attend prior to booking.
