With the new Charity Commission in Northern Ireland, sports clubs in Northern Ireland still have an important decision to make as to whether they register as a Charity or a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC).
Ulster Rugby have previously delivered a number of information events but are delighted to announce that a further event has been organised for Wednesday 14th February, 6.45-9.00pm at Malone RFC.
The first part of the session will consider the advantages and disadvantages of registering as a CASC, Charity or both for rugby clubs. The second part will look at how Clubs can use Gift Aid and the Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme to its best advantage.
