Crossfit girls from RCFNI swapped the gym for the training paddock last night as Ulster Rugby coaches Neill Alcorn and Neal Johnston put them through a pitch-based conditioning session at Malone RFC.
The girls got stuck in from the start and had a great time and RCFNI's Rebekah Thompson, who was trying rugby for the first time, summed up the evening: "Try new sports, learn new skills. A great night's craic!"
