Danske Bank High Schools' Final | Match Preview

Currently unbeaten in this season’s competition, Bangor Academy, are set to take on Dunclug College tomorrow in the Danske Bank High Schools' Final at Kingspan Stadium (KO 2 30pm).

After defeating Castlederg High School 20-5 in the Danske Bank High Schools’ Final back in the 2021/22 season, Bangor Academy will be looking to get their hands back on the trophy having missed out at the Semi Final stage last year.

Bangor Academy are currently unbeaten in the competition this season, with 5 out of 5 wins in the regional pool games, alongside performances in their Round of 16, Quarter Final and Semi Final fixtures.

Dunclug College are building back in the U16 High Schools competition after a few years away following the pandemic. The school has a close link with Ballymena RFC, with the local club having hosted all of this season’s home fixtures, and the team will be looking to cause an upset in the Final.
