Campbell College

Campbell College has displayed clinical efficiency on their road to the semi-finals, conceding only 13 points across two rounds. In the Round of 16, they relied on a disciplined performance to overcome Belfast Royal Academy 17-5, with tries from Paul Henry and David Nelson setting the tone. They carried that momentum into the quarter-finals, dominating Regent House in a 35-8 victory. Russ Lovo was the standout performer with a brace of tries, supported by scores from Ruairi Parks, Aaron Lowey, and Dylan Armstrong. A major asset for Campbell has been the boot of Jack Best, who maintained a 100% conversion rate in the quarter-finals, providing the structured foundation they will need against Methody.

Methodist College

Methodist College has lived up to its reputation as a scoring powerhouse, amassing 71 points in their last two outings. Their Round of 16 performance was a statement of intent, a 47-10 victory over Friends’ School that featured seven different try-scorers, Peter Molloy, Zac Neill, Brody Magowan Gould, Oliver Hartley, Ruairi Kennedy, Harry Docherty and Callum Godfrey. While their quarter-final against Rainey Endowed was a tighter affair, Methody’s depth proved decisive in a 24-13 win. Tries from Callum Largey, Isaac Bell, Molloy, and Kennedy ensured their progression, while the combined kicking duties of Louis Curran and Molloy have kept the scoreboard ticking over. They enter the semi-finals with a balanced and highly versatile attacking threat.
