Campbell College edged Methodist College 11-10 in Saturday's Danske Bank Ulster Schools' Cup quarter-final match to set up a last four tie against Dalriada School, who overcame Bangor GS.
RBAI and Ballymena Academy will meet in the other semi final clash after registering fine wins over Sullivan Upper and BRA respectively.
