The game was played in a Sevens format, with tries worth 1 point, and the game divided into four quarters of 7 minutes each.
It was early into the opening quarter that ERGS captain and Player of the Match Scarlett Keys scored the first of her four tries, racing in from distance to touch down.
Chloe Moore then scored the second for the Fermanagh school, before Keys got the third to give them a 3-0 lead at the end of the opening quarter.
RSA hit back in the second quarter as Kate Berry crossed to reduce the deficit to 3-1, but ERGS quickly restored their advantage when Keys ran clear to bag her hat-trick.
Enniskillen Royal then saw Freya Brennan and Leah Irwin combine well before releasing Anna Wilson who sprinted clear to score a try and make it 5-1 at half time.
The second half began in the same fashion as Wilson again showed good pace to run clear for her second try, before Brennan made good use of the space to sprint home from distance to make it 7-1.
Into the closing quarter of the final, Royal School Armagh showed good fight when captain Kaitlyn Graham scored for her school.
Enniskillen then sealed their win with a quick series of late tries.
Captain Scarlett Keys ran in her for fourth try, before Wilson left the defence in her wake to score her third and secure a hat-trick. As the game ticked to a close, Leah Irwin broke through to score close to the posts and make it 10-2.
Captain Scarlett Keys was then presented with the Player of the Match Award, with Danske Bank Operations Director Vicki Hassan handing over the trophy, as well as the medals for the winners and the runners-up.
