Boasting a record 36 titles, Methodist College are the competition's most successful side, with Campbell's 24 final wins putting them third on the all-time list.
Thursday's St Patrick's Day final at Kingspan Stadium will be a repeat of the 2019 conclusion which saw MCB win 45-17.
Covid curtailed the competition entirely last season, while in 2020 Royal School Armagh and Wallace High School were declared the shared winners after the forced cancellation of the final.
This season's competition has thankfully proceeded without any problems, and has provided all participating schools with a welcome return to the pinnacle of Schools' Rugby in Ulster.
