John won the chance to go to Toulon after his photograph, featuring him and his grandson at Niagara Falls, was voted the best by a panel of judges.
Supporters had to submit a photograph or video featuring Bank of Ireland and Ulster Rugby using the hashtag #showURsupport.
More than 100 photographs were submitted with John’s coming out on top.
He will travel on the team plane, stay in the team hotel and he also won two tickets to the match at Stade Mayol.
