First-ever Christmas Market at Kingspan Stadium is a success!

The inaugural Christmas Market, hosted yesterday in the A&L Goodbody Lounge, was a resounding success – with over 1,100 visitors enjoying the local food, drink, and gifts on offer.

With 57 stall-holders from across the province sampling and selling local products, there was plenty on offer for the many visitors and shoppers who checked-out the Christmas Market at Kingspan Stadium yesterday.

Amongst the visitors were Claire Hanna MP and Paula Bradshaw MLA, who called-in on behalf of their South Belfast constituents to soak up the atmosphere – and meet Santa!

Ulster Rugby’s official charity partner, Horatio’s Garden, also benefitted with supporters and local residents generously donating for the chance to win signed merchandise. The £425 raised will go directly towards building a new therapeutic garden for spinal injury patients at Musgrave Park Hospital. More info on the partnership can be found here.

The club would like to thank everyone that visited for their support for the Christmas Market, and the local traders who put on an impressive display of their regional produce. A special mention goes to the local residents who were supportive throughout the planning process and the event itself.

A great time was had by all!
