Richie Murphy's side will kick off the new campaign with an home Round 1 clash against the reigning BKT URC champions, Glasgow Warriors, who capped off a memorable season in 2023/24 with a famous final victory against the Vodacom Bulls in Pretoria to clinch the title.
Franco Smith's side edged the previous match-up last season at Scotstoun Stadium, so this season-opening fixture at Kingspan Stadium on Saturday 21 September should prove to be a cracker.
Ulster's first interprovincial derby of the new season welcomes Pete Wilkins' Connacht side to Belfast on Saturday 12 October in Round 4.
The Westerners will no doubt be seeking revenge after last season's thrilling Christmas interpro, that saw Ulster edge out a narrow 20-19 victory in front of the Ulster faithful.
Ulster will then welcome Ospreys to Kingspan Stadium the following weekend in Round 5, with the Welsh side showing strides of improvement under head coach, Toby Booth. Ulster will look to get one over the Welsh side following last season's painful defeat in Swansea, which saw the Ospreys win at the death with a last-gasp drop goal to win 19-17.
Friday 29 November will be a key date in the diary for Ulster supporters, with the visit of Leinster Rugby for a huge interpro derby in Round 7 before the province begin their Investec Champions Cup campaign. The Ulstermen got the better of Leo Cullen's men twice during the regular season last campaign, with a famous win at the RDS on New Year's Day, followed by April's crunch victory at Kingspan Stadium that was settled by a last-minute John Cooney penalty from range.
Leinster would get revenge weeks later by knocking Ulster out of the URC Play-Offs at the Quarter-Final stage, so November's interpro derby offers another chance for two top sides to lock horns once again.
