The draw for the First Trust Senior Cup semi-finals was conducted by First Trust representative James Beattie and IRFU (Ulster Branch) President Bobby Stewart at Kingspan Stadium on Tuesday afternoon.
SF1: Ballymena v Queen's University
SF2: Belfast Harlequins v Ballynahinch
Reigning champions Ballynahinch will travel to take on Belfast Harlequins as they aim to make the final once again. Queen's University, who won the competition back in 2014, will play an in-form Ballymena side in the other last four clash. The Braid men have won four from four in the All Ireland League this season.
Ahead of the semi-final draw, First Trust confirmed the renewal of its sponsorship of the Senior Cup for a further two years.
James Beattie, Manager, Treasury Services, First Trust Bank, commented: "We are delighted to confirm that the bank is sponsoring the Senior Cup for two more years. We are proud to promote local club rugby in Ulster for players, supporters and customers alike. The Senior Cup generates great competition amongst the teams involved and we hope this season will be as gripping as ever."
