The screening session gathered information on each player to determine their potential risk to injury as well as gathering current physical markers on speed, power and endurance.
This is the first of three planned screening sessions to monitor the players that is part of an in-season programme to include Ulster led rugby and strength and conditioning sessions.
The session was organised and led by Female Rugby Officer, Neal Johnston, and Fitness Development Coach, Ryan Keating. The completion of the session would not have been possible without the assistance of Volunteer Fitness Development Coaches: Roisin Fergus, Gavin Dunlop, Sam Clarke and Gary Mills.
