Follow In The Footsteps Of Irish Women's Success

Fresh off the back of the Irish Women’s 6 Nations Championship success, Ulster Rugby is hosting a 7s screening day for under 18 girls at Dungannon RFC on Friday 3rd April at 10.30am.

We are inviting female participants born in 1997, 1998 & 1999 to come along and try out for the chance to represent Ulster Rugby at an Irish 7s Blitz in Dublin on 18th April.

This event is a defined part of the Irish Women’s rugby pathway, and is an opportunity to represent Ireland in rugby at age grade level. No experience of rugby is necessary; all that is required is an enthusiasm to give it your all in a sporting environment. Just come along and give it a try!

Last year, this process saw three representatives from Ulster; Shannen Lane (Loreto College/Cavan RFC), Erin Caughey (Grosvenor Grammar School/Queen’s University RFC) and Kathryn Dane (Enniskillen Collegiate/Enniskillen RFC, pictured above), come through this process to represent Ireland in the first ever European U18 7s Championships.
