The Ireland coaching team has announced the team to take on Wales in the Millennium Stadium on Saturday, with four Ulster players included from the start. Andrew Trimble makes his long-awaited return from injury, with Darren Cave, Paddy Jackson and Iain Henderson also in the starting XV. Fellow Ulstermen Rory Best, Dan Tuohy and Chris Henry have been selected among the replacements. Jamie Heaslip will captain the side and is joined in the backrow by Tommy O'Donnell and Jordi Murphy. Donnacha Ryan makes his international return after an absence through injury of over two years and is partnered in the second row by Henderson. Mike Ross will win his 50th cap for Ireland on Saturday and he is partnered in the front row by Richardt Strauss and Jack McGrath.
