The NW Girls Rugby Blitz, which is being hosted by Foyle College, is taking place on Wednesday 19th November from 2.30-4.30pm on the pitches across the road from the Junior School site on the Northland Road.
This blitz is open to any girls who have been taking part in rugby at school. There will be U15 and U18 age groups.
The games will be tailored to the abilities of the girls and the laws adjusted accordingly. There are a number of schools from the NW and Donegal taking part in the event.
Glenda and Joe would like to thank the support given by teachers and also coaches and players from City of Derry RFC who have helped with training in the build up to the blitz.
