Three local clubs succeed in attracting grants from Belfast City Council...
Instonians RFC, Malone RFC Women’s Team and Cooke Women’s RFC have been successful in attaining approximately £14,000 from the Belfast City Council 'Support for Sport' small and large scale grant programmes.
The clubs will deliver a range of rugby participation and capacity building programmes, aimed at providing opportunities for males and females to get involved in the game.
For any clubs operating within the area of Belfast City Council, the Support for Sport grants open again at the end of October 2016. Contact David Johnston, Funding Manager at Ulster Rugby on david.johnston@ulsterrugby.com to find out how you could benefit from future grant programmes.
