Ulster Rugby is inviting young female participants to 'Give it a Try' as Kingspan Stadium hosts a 5 week introductory rugby programme for girls, aged 10-17 (P7 - Year 13), who want the opportunity to play the game, off the back of the hugely successful Women's Rugby World Cup in Belfast.
This programme will run for 5 consecutive weeks at Kingspan Stadium from Saturday 23rd September, lead by Ulster Rugby Coaches, in collaboration with local clubs, and is funded through Sport Northern Ireland’s Every Body Active 2020 programme in partnership with Belfast City Council.
Eligible Ages: 10 -17 (P7 – Year 13)
Dates: 23rd September – 21st October
Venue: Kingspan Stadium
Time: 1pm – 2pm

• Arrival at Kingspan 12.45pm – via Mount Merrion Gate
• Activity will take place on the Aquinas 4G Playing Pitch
• Boots or Trainers
• Wear appropriate clothing in regards to weather conditions
• Bring a water bottle
