Championship organisers have confirmed the fixture schedule for the revamped Guinness PRO14, including dates and kick-off times for the opening 13 rounds.
Ulster will start the season with an historic home tie against the Cheetahs, who are embarking on their first season in the competition. The Bloemfontein-based franchise take on Les Kiss’ men on Friday 1st September at Kingspan Stadium (kick off 7.35pm).
Tickets for Ulster v Cheetahs are on sale now at ulsterrugby.com/buytickets.
All 11 home Guinness PRO14 matches are included in an Ulster Rugby Season Ticket, as are the 3 European Champions Cup games against Harlequins, Wasps and La Rochelle, and the pre-season fixture versus Wasps.

Ulster play Treviso away in Round 2, before they return to Belfast to host Scarlets on Friday 15th September - a date that will also mark five years since the death of Nevin Spence and his father and brother.
The inter-provincial fixtures are retained in the new format and the first of those is a Round 6 clash at home to Connacht (Friday 6th October).
Supporters looking to sample the delights of Port Elizabeth will have the opportunity in early November, as Ulster will tackle the Southern Kings in Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
The festive period will once again be packed with high-profile inter-pros, with Ulster travelling to play Connacht and Leinster either side of hosting Munster at Kingspan Stadium on New Year’s Day.
The last match of the regular season will see Ulster face a difficult trip to play Munster away.
