On Saturday past, five girls from Harding Memorial went along to Malone Rugby Club to give it a try.
The girls had participated in their first contact rugby blitz on Friday at the club and that provided the inspiration.
Having enjoyed the experience on Saturday, the girls are hoping to go along each week and start playing some matches.
Malone RFC is hoping to start their own girls mini section and it’s a huge boost to have five girls involved already.
