Ulster backrow forward, Iain Henderson, has been named by Ireland Head Coach Joe Schmidt, in his starting XV to face Italy at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday (kick off 14:30 GMT).
Henderson is joined in the side by fellow Ulster players Rory Best, Chris Henry and Andrew Trimble.
Ulster outhalf, Paddy Jackson, is named on the bench.
Paul O'Connell leads the side and packs down in an unchanged front five alongside Devin Toner, Cian Healy, Best and Mike Ross.
Jonny Sexton has recovered from a thumb injury to take his place in the same backline that started against England and Wales.
There are two changes on the bench with Rhys Ruddock replacing Henderson who starts and Eoin Reddan coming in for Isaac Boss who is rested this week.
Brian O'Driscoll will become the most capped test player in rugby history on Saturday claiming his 140th test appearance (132 Ireland & 8 Lions).
