The Ireland side will share Pool B with Samurai, Forces Exiles and the Welsh Charitables in the one day event.
Speaking ahead of their departure, Anthony Eddy, IRFU Director of Rugby Sevens said, “The squad is looking forward to playing in their first tournament.
“As a group they have prepared and gelled well, and individually they have all put in a huge amount of work. The skill level, attitude and performances of the players and of the team as a whole have been very impressive.
“We are looking forward to getting on the pitch on Saturday and we hope to reproduce this for the tournament.”
