Invitation to Tender: Ulster Rugby Match Programmes 2016/17 Season
Ulster Rugby would like to invite applications to quote for the design, print and delivery of the official match programme for the 2016/17 season.
Design and production of a match programme is required for a minimum of 17 home games including – 3 x European Cup matches, 11 x PRO12 League matches, a Schools’ Cup Final, Pre-season double-header and Barbarians fixture.
The pre-season programme will be required ahead of Friday 26th August, with the Guinness PRO12 League starting at the beginning of September and the European Cup starting in October. The Ulster Rugby season will conclude in May 2017. A full match fixture list will be finalised in July, and will be forwarded should your application be successful.
The design work must be contemporary with a clean and sophisticated look; it must adhere to Ulster Rugby brand guidelines and also that of the PRO12 and European Cup competitions. The look and feel of the programme should complement overall branding and match-night experience at Kingspan Stadium.
Applications will close at 12 noon on Friday 10th June 2016.
